MECART Foundation is an interdisciplinairy organisation on art and culture established in 2004. It first focussed on the Middle East but slowly changes into a wider forum of art and artists worldwide.

MECART Foundation is run by volunteers and has an independent position, and collaborates with experts in the field. It is supported by donations and occasional subsidies.
